Park Direct Voice Response

Welcome to Park Direct… Park Federal Credit Union’s Voice Response System which enables you to access your credit union account any day anytime.  With Park Direct you can take care of many of your banking needs without leaving your home or office. It’s easy. No waiting for the next business day.

You will need to have your account number and password to proceed. If you are calling for the first time, you will be instructed how to establish a password. If you encounter any problems, please call our office at (406) 862-2652, (406) 892-3989 or (406) 755-8600 weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  After completing your transactions, please be sure to press the asterisk key to properly end you call.

Instructions

  1. Dial 1-888-662-2652
  2. Select 1 for voice Response System or * to end the call
  3. Enter you Member Number and first two letters of your last name followed by the # pound key. For the letters Q and Z use the number "0"
  4. Enter your password followed by the # pound key.
  5. Select an option.

1. For Inquiries

  1. Specific account information (enter account type -i.e.:S1-Regular Shares, S21-Checking:, L1-Auto Loan)
  2. Account balances
    1. Savings and checking account balances.
    2. Loan balances.
    3. Certificate balances.
    4. All account balances.

* Escape from this option.

  1. Cleared checks, deposits, withdrawal information.
    (enter account type)
    1. Cleared check information.
    2. Deposit information.
    3. Withdrawal information.
    4. Inquire if specific check cleared.

2. Transfer Funds

  1. Transfer to another account type in same number.
  2. Transfer to a different member's account.
