Introducing myBranch Online Banking! Our new online banking system includes new features and changes to the old online banking experience.

Features and Benefits:

  • Online password reset
  • Automated online banking enrollment
  • Online Skip-a-Pay service
  • Online pay-off quotes
  • E-Alerts (myAlerts)
  • Recurring transfers



  • You will no longer be able to maintain your address information in Online Banking
  • You can no longer use the ~ : . @ symbols in your password. Instead you may use these symbols in the password:   ‘ ! # $ % ^ & * ( ) + = { } [ ] < > ? /
  • If you have saved a link directly to our existing Online Banking site, that link will no longer work starting at 1pm on January 31, 2014. You may connect to our new myBranch Online Banking system starting February 4, 2014 by visiting our web site at
  • When you log in to the new online banking you will be asked to go through a series of steps to use the new system. (example below)

New Features and Benefits:

  • Report your lost or stolen credit or debit cards 24 hours a day
  • Transfer directly to our Contact Center from myTalk during normal business hours
  • Set up recurring transfers
  • Only one number to remember: 1-888-662-2652

NOTE: Because of the changes, the local numbers (863-9089 and 863-9413) will no longer be available. Online banking, online bill pay and voice response will not be available during this transition.
