POSITION TITLE: Contact Center Representative (Part time)
LOCATION: Columbia Falls, MT
To assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area. Interacts with callers to uncover needs and cross sells credit union products that satisfy those needs. Makes outbound calls for follow up and new product offerings.

Employment Applicant Screening
