An entirely new online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay experience!

Launch Date: Tuesday, May 7th

New Features:

  • Secure live chat and desktop support
    conversion plan to new system

What members can expect during the transition:

  • During the conversion period, online banking and bill pay will be unavailable for short time period (dates/times TBD).
  • All bill pay information that was previously input, such as payee details, pending payments, and recurring payments scheduled, will be available again after conversion.
  • Action Needed: Members who have bills due during the time that bill pay will be unavailable should schedule bills prior to this time to ensure that they are paid on time.

Online Banking Login – Effective May 7, 2019

  • Members will log into the new system using temporary credentials provided in advance by the credit union
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and private device enrollment will be utilized and available
